Current Job Opening

Needed: MD/DO with a background in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Strong interest or training in preventive medicine, hormone health, weight loss, and longevity medicine.  Someone who values relationship-based care and loves the idea of managing a panel of ~400 patients (typically 3–10 patients/day).  A growth-minded physician who wants to help build, lead, and shape a modern concierge practice

Job Description:
Seeking a Concierge Internal Medicine Physician to join our Concierge Practice. We started as a Concierge Pediatric practice but have tremendous requests from our patient families for an adult doctor as well. Hence wishing to grow into the adults-MD market with an amazing charming and awesome MD who would handle the adult population as our concierge MD.

Tasks:
To manage the health of adults in a concierge MD capacity. Answer their queries through the HIPAA secure App, see them through telemed or in-person as needed. Collaborate with your Pediatrician partner to manage the whole family’s health (you manage adults and your partner would manage the kids).

Requirements:
Be awesome at what you do. Be comfortable being in a setting where you can grow. Be a team player and contribute in growing the business. Go above and beyond the standard of care in taking care of your patients. Be licensed to work in California. Have at least a few years of awesome experience working as an MD. Be able to work with your support staff and guide them to grow in knowledge and aptitude.

Work Day:
Low stress low volume practice. Average see 3–10 patients a day. Spend more time in providing a more thorough care and behind-the-scenes follow-up. Your responsibility in keeping your patients’ in tip-top health and be accessible to them would be your prime objective.

Some calls/texts during evening weekends as needed for patients in urgent need.

Duties:

  • Assist physician with patient care, including rooming patients and taking vital signs
  • Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each visit
  • Support basic clinical procedures as needed
  • Communicate with patients through phone, text, and HIPAA-secure platforms
  • Schedule appointments and assist with care coordination
  • Manage patient records and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
  • Assist with administrative and front office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • College Degree or in progress required
  • Certification preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced but low-volume, patient-focused environment
  • Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
