A baby’s skin is sensitive and still getting used to the elements of the world around it. It can react to different things like moisture, fabrics, chemicals, fragrances or heat.

Getting your kids to sleep at night can be challenging. Now add in a time change with “spring ahead” or “fall back” and it can be exhausting, to say the least!

Every next stage of the car seat offers less protection than the last. Our goal must be to keep children safe. As pediatricians, we don’t recommend moving up to the next level of car seat until your child exceeds the height & weight maximum for your specific seat.

As a Pediatrician, I worry about how the pandemic could affect the holiday season for families. Will families be able to enjoy the holidays like in years past? How will things change with social distancing and concerns about illness?
