Concierge care packages
Concierge fee is paid out of pocket by parents and covers all the features and benefits of concierge care like same day visits, longer appointments, no waiting for appointments, continuity of care etc.
All the regular services like telemedicine, vaccines, sick visits, immunizations, well checks are covered by your PPO insurance just like any other pediatric practice.
Children (0-2 years of age)
This concierge fee is paid out of pocket by parents and covers all the features and benefits of concierge care like same day visits, longer appointments, no waiting for appointments, continuity of care etc.
Children (2 years and above)
The fee is reduced as children grow older and their needs reduce. This concierge fee is paid out of pocket by parents and covers all the features and benefits of concierge care like same day visits, longer appointments, no waiting for appointments, continuity of care etc.

Food Sensitivity Testing
Detailed in-home testing to uncover hidden food triggers, helping your child find comfort, healing, and brighter days ahead.
Ear Piercing
Available only to Dr. Jain's patients, this ear piercing service includes piercing of both years and temporary studs. Dr. Jain recommends the use of numbing creams depending on age of the patients. Performed by Dr. Jain herself.
1 Hour 4 Plex PCR Test
Available only to Dr. Jain's patients, this PCR test is performed in-clinic. The test checks for Flu-A/B, RSV, Covid and Strep. Definitive PCR results are available in less than 1 hour. Dr. Jain will follow-up with the families with guidance should the result be positive.
