Along with our success in telemedicine, we are seeking Pediatricians to join our soon-to-open office in Irvine. This office will serve as our hub to serve local patients and also provide telehealth for sick visits and remote patients. You get complete autonomy in setting your own work schedule, picking your own staff, and work as a team with your colleagues in a fun trend-setting work location.
Your compensation is determined by your productivity. Partnership track opens after 1st year of employment.

BabiesMD seeks a medical assistant with a passion for pediatrics & desire to ensure patient satisfaction. You will carry out routine technical services within the outpatient clinical setting that will include, but not be limited to, obtaining vital signs, rooming/discharging patients, administering vaccinations/injections, performing capillary blood draws and completing point of care testing. You will report to & work directly with your supervising Pediatrician. You will use EMR for all data entry related to patient care. You should also be comfortable with front office clinic operations that may include answering phone calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, checking in & checking out patients, managing referrals & prior authorizations and returning patient phone calls. Front Office duties will be overseen by the Practice Manager/Administrator.
Several years of experience in an outpatient pediatric clinical practice is preferred but not necessary. Education must include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. You should be a graduate of an accredited vocational school & have successfully completed requirements for Medical Assistant Certification. You should have a current Basic Life Support Certification.
